What happens after you ask for a call back

You fill in your name, your number, and as much or as little about the property as you feel like typing. It arrives in the business mailbox and we work through requests in the order they come in.

You will normally hear from us within one business day. Anything that lands late on a Saturday gets picked up Monday morning, since we work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 5:30. If you need an answer sooner than that, call (301) 978-6166 and you will reach a person.

The first call is short. We ask what you are trying to fix or build, roughly when you want it done, and where the property is. If it is work we do, we arrange a time to come and look. That visit is free, and so is the written estimate that follows it.

A few things help before we call, none of them required: photos of the area, anything you have noticed about drainage or the ground staying wet, and a rough idea of what you want to spend. They shorten the path to a real number.

Timing matters in Maryland. Stonework and patios run from spring through late autumn, grass seed does best from late August into September while the soil is still warm, and snow work is arranged before the first storm rather than during it. Ask about scheduling on that first call.
