Terms

Using this site.

Nothing here is a contract. The site shows what we do and gives you a way to reach us. The terms of any actual job live in the written estimate we hand you.

What a free estimate is

Asking for an estimate costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We come out, look at the property in person, and put a price in writing. Until you accept that estimate, neither of us owes the other anything.

An estimate is priced on what we could see on the day. If the work changes once it starts, for example the ground turns out to be solid rock or you decide the patio should be larger, we will tell you what that changes before we carry on.

What the photos show

Every photo on this site is from a real job we did. No two properties are the same, so treat them as examples of our work rather than a promise that yours will look the same. The before and after pairs are the same spot photographed twice, never a different property.

What is written on the site

We try to keep every page accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is free of mistakes. Prices, timing and availability change with the season. If something on the site matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it.

Getting in touch

The phone number, the email address and the form all reach the same small business, and a real person answers. What happens to the details you send is set out in our privacy policy.

Links away from here

The site links to our Facebook page. We do not control what other companies do on their own sites, and these terms stop at the edge of ours.

Who owns what

The photos, the video and the words on this site belong to JM Landscape LLC. Please do not copy them for your own business. Sharing a link to the site is always welcome.

Where this applies

We work in Montgomery County, Maryland and the areas around it, and these terms follow the law of the State of Maryland.
